MEET THE MANAGERS

BELLA DREWEK

  • This manager oversees all functions of Student-Made on campus. They gain hands-on management experience through organizing tasks and goals, ensuring consistent progress, and leading growth & development of their campus branch.

  • The most rewarding part of being a Student-Made manager is helping students make their dreams and ideas come to life, and seeing how passionate they are about their business.

AVERY PUGH

  • This manager works to organize, create content, and build a consistent brand for their branch of Student-Made. They also work to establish and grow a successful brand for their Student-Made branch through social media. They plan and execute content creation sessions, helping to capture and promote the participating student businesses. They utilize various forms of content to develop creative marketing strategies to engage various audiences.

  • 2027 + Marketing

  • I am learning how to effectively manage social media as well as create meaningful and engaging content. I utilize this knowledge in my own endeavors and help others develop the same skills.

ANNE NAUMANN

  • This manager directs the financial operations of their campus branch, ensuring that all fundamental accounting tasks are executed consistently and timely. They also are responsible for organizing, analyzing and reporting on data to provide helpful strategies on ways for participating business to grow their sales on the marketplace.

  • 2026 + Accounting & Marketing

  • I am excited to learn more about working with a team and applying my knowledge as I learn it in my classes. I believe I will use the literal skills in future jobs, but also the personal skills with whoever I will work with in the future. Student-Made's emphasis on collaboration will benefit me in future life and at future jobs.

CAROLINE TRUJILLO

  • This manager develops and executes pop-ups and promotional events. They organize, plan and share a calendar of events, monitor sign-ups, and ensure events are executed successfully.

  • 2024 + Communications/Public Relations

  • The most rewarding part of being a manager with Student-Made is being trusted to plan and organize events.

AIA ANDONOVSKA

  • This position oversees the operation + success of multiple Student-Made branches. Through this role, they learn how to effectively implement system improvements, identify creative solutions, offer support & insight as a leader and accomplish goals. In addition, they are actively learning how to organize and track data, strategize for success and report to multiple levels of leadership.

  • As a creator, the thing that appealed to me the most about Student-Made was the community. When I became a Success Manager, that community only grew more. It is incredibly rewarding to make connections across the country with people who share like-minded goals and who want to grow their small businesses. Being a part of Student-Made is pure joy!

JONALIE ZAMORA

  • This manager operates the behind the scenes of the online marketplace, from uploading products and creating special collections to processing orders and generating shipping labels.

  • 2026 + Marketing and Information Systems

  • I am excited to help student entrepreneurs show their beautiful work on our online marketplace! My favorite part of this job is seeing all the fun products creators come up with, and delivering the good news when an order comes in!

LILY MCLAUGHLIN

  • This manager builds the Student-Made Marquette community culture. Through emails, messages, and community events, they help creators stay engaged in the community.

  • As the Community Engagement Manager the task I find most rewarding is being able to connect with new creators! I love being apart of welcoming them into the Student-Made community!

AUDREY FLAVIN

  • This manager creates social media content for the Student-Made Marquette Instagram page, and also assists Creators in producing their own social media content! Through photoshoots and content sessions, she promotes and uplifts the Student-Made Marquette community.

  • The most rewarding part of being apart of Student Made is being able to help student entrepreneurs grow their businesses through specialized content! I am excited to continue learning and creating in my role!
